Leslie heads the Project Management Consultancy group in China. With more than 19 years of experience in construction and interior fit-out projects, he has completed many large-scale projects, including several for Fortune 500 companies. Leslie’s skills include client relations, team management, contract negotiations and project cost estimating. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Tongji University in Shanghai and earned a Masters in Project Management degree from University of Sydney.

Leon Li

Associate Director – Transaction Advisory

With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, Leon has arranged lease deals for companies such as Standard Chartered Bank, Cofco, Allison Transmission and Riello. Based in Beijing, he understands the dynamics, laws and regulations of the real estate market in Beijing and Shanghai, as well as Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in China, such as Changsha, Chengdu, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen. Leon has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has pursued higher studies in Singapore.

Ryan Loh

Associate Director – MEP

Ryan has more than 16 years of project management experience and has completed numerous projects of different sizes and in the different industries both in China and across Asia. In addition to having strong MEP engineering background, Ryan is very familiar with project management process enabling him to manage projects from initial design stage to project close out.

Bernard Xiang

Bernard has been with Vestian since it was founded in 2010, bringing more than 15 years of construction experience.
